Get away from it all, a very quiet cabin in the woods. A great place to decompress and enjoy some time away. The property is left natural and has an apple tree and berries can be found around the area. Excellent high speed internet now available. There is an area to hook up a camper that provides water, power and sewer. Registration # STR2526B0709While entering a beautifully treed driveway you will arrive at a cabin in the woods. This cabin is on 14 acres of untouched natural space where we have apple and pear trees as well as many types of berries that can be found in late summer.  There is a river at the back of the property and access to it by car down the road. The owner is a herbalist so only small areas are cut back to provide access to the cabin. We also provide hi speed internet. There is an area to hook up a camper that provides water, power, and sewer.

Dragonfly Cottage
Great little spot in the middle of Cape Breton. There’s a cute little river out in the back of the property and the cabin itself was welcoming and had all the amenities. Sad we didn’t have time to try some of the hen eggs! Would definitely come back if I was heading that way again. If you’re a bug-phobe, make sure you’re prepared for black and deer flies! We’re fine with insects and it’s to be expected in the middle of the woods but fair warning if you’re not used to them. :) Our dogs loved it, too. Great spot if you’re travelling with pups.

Dragonfly Cottage
The Dragonfly Cottage is an absolute dream, tucked away in the forest but still conveniently located to activities and restaurants. Theres also a grocery store nearby if you need food! The cottage is quaint and peaceful, and the drive is incredible. There's everything you need from coffee maker, to a stove and toaster oven. I loved my time here and would recommend to anyone :)
