145 acres of country hillside located 3 miles south along State RT 305 and I-86 (E-W). Throughout western New York, there are weekly festivals and entertainment. Towns of populations of 1,000 to 2,000 for the most part within 10 miles of each other. A peaceful surrounding away from the city with a view. Please see notes on availability.  Property has trails for walking and riding and natural landscape for camping. It has a 15-acre field, grown-in pasture, old gravel pit, sugar bush, a man-made pond, a small creek with a small falls, a narrow gauge railroad bed from the 1880's when oil was discovered, spring water that runs about a mile from the back of our property to the front that used to feed the town of Cuba. There are mowed areas when time allows and the same goes for opening our trails. A good spot to sit back and open up some refreshments and unwind, recoup and relax. I had a site just off of the state road. Perfect for my one night stop over. The towns in the area are great! Wellsville has a great brewery and the Cuba Cheese shop is always a favorite of my family when we are in the area. I bet this sites further back would be a great spot for a longer wilderness escape.

Brad, our host at Close to I-86 Expressway - RESTSTOP is a super nice guy. He showed up on a tractor almost as soon as we arrived and was really easy to communicate with via text. He showed us where we could camp, gave us some tips about the surrounding area and really made us feel at home. His sweet Jack Russell Terrier, Maggie, was the icing on the cake. Couldn’t have met a sweeter pup. She followed us around as we explored the property and made it hard for us to want to leave. As far as Brad’s site goes, we found a great, level spot that was easy to pull up into. The area was mowed and tidy and though we parked in the sun, there were plenty of spots to get into some shade. There is also a road that wraps behind Brad’s house with a few more cleared areas for camping. You can either drive up there yourself if you have 4x4 or he has a side by side you can use to get around the property. Just down the road from Brad’s property is the town of Cuba. It’s small but worth a look! We bought a pepperjack and swiss at the retail store at Cuba Cheese! They’ve got a great little cheese shop there so be sure to stop in and pick some up before heading out of town.
