This Bed and Breakfast farm offers two sites convenient from Interstate 84, the NYS Thruway Interstate 87, and Route 17/Interstate 86. Site 1 is a leveled stone pad easily accessible off the paved driveway, in front of two rustic barns where campers enjoy 30 amp electric service and a picnic table. Sites 2, 3 and 4 are in a private field (w/o service) each including a picnic table and fire ring. There are 40 acres of walking trails, and miles of adjacent rail trails for hiking/mountain biking from your site. Visit Brotherhood winery, breweries, Storm King Art Center, Lego Land, Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets, Resorts World Casino, and more.

Site 1 Barn Parking 30 amp WiFi

Erik and his family are exceptional hosts. During my 2-3 week (on and off stay) in my short Skoolie, they generously offered water for my holding tank and even provided a free night of parking when someone canceled who had already paid. Their hospitality is unmatched, the space is peaceful and serene (horses in the back) and exactly as advertised. As a Black single woman traveler, I always hope to avoid confrontations around safety, and with Erik and his family, I couldn't have asked for better hosts and the feeling of safety.

Site 2 Quiet Field Table Fire Ring

The camp spaces were very well manicured and maintained. I like the gravel walk/driveway which runs through towards the walking trails -along back of property. And it’s always nice seeing the rescued horses. Location is very convenient to the main highways. Thank you Eric for another great stay-Such a peaceful location. Thank you for sharing your land.

Stayed here once and I'll probably stay here again. It's a great base to explore the region. The host is super helpful and communicative but also great at giving campers their space.

Site 3 Open Field Table Fire Ring

We had such a great time staying on the land at the Dominion House b&b. We were the only ones there at the time we stayed and it was so peaceful and private. Beautiful land with great views of the trees and some fun wildlife to watch. The property connects to some trails too which we’re a nice touch
