We are a 22 acre hollistic homestead in the heart of a 1,000 acre nature conservancy with miles of trails, in a unique landscape, through the old lake beds of the Indian River Lakes System. There is access to 17 secluded public lakes from 3 to 20 minutes away. Some of the best fishing, kayaking and boating in the North East. Only 15 Minutes from the The Heart of the Thousand Islands, Alexandria Bay NY, is a bustling tourist town with a healthy night life. Dining, cocktails and historic downtown views of the islands.

This is the highest peak on the property and the most secluded camp site. It sits atop a 60 ft plateau in the middle of the forest. Great views of the night sky and green lush canopies. Thick mats of lichen and moss make for perfect cushion while sunbathing or taking a nap. Experienced Hikers ONLY at this site and NO Sleep Walkers.

Top Rock Campsite

Top Rock is nestled in-between two small peaks on the property. Each of the 8 campsites has plenty of room. Top Rock is 100 yards from the cabin and the farm house, making it closer to other sites. This one is special, an awe inspiring view of the night sky and a 30 foot gorge make it one of our favorite campsites. Don't be surprised to see your neighbors. Sites are only accessible on foot. The parking area is on the edge of the property, no more than a 5 minute hike to each. Think Southern Tier/ Adirondack terrain. Rocky peaks, trails, plus flora and fauna unlike most of NYS. This is one of 8 campsites on 22 acres in the middle of 1,000 acre nature conservancy. Space is not limited... We are pet friendly, but ask that all guests abide leash laws as the wildlife is numerous but our Dogs are many. We have a small Husky Breeding program on the farm. Every manor of wild life can be expected, they do not often cross paths with hikers. Although the locals can attest to the presence of the following; black bear, coyote, bobcat, puma (rare), fisher, porcupine(many!), beaver, otter, musk rat, racoon, opossum and skunks. All of which you do not want your dog chasing after.
