Rivers Run Colo River Camping
The large campsites were great. Plenty of space to set up camp and enjoy the outdoors without others right next to you. It's lovely to cool off in the river and listen to the birds. Having a campfire added to the experience. Loved having flushing toilets and the showers are awesome. A peaceful campsite with friendly owners.

Rivers Run Colo River Camping
Once you depart the Putty Road then take the Upper Colo Road heading towards Rivers Run camp grounds entry point road's were well maintained.But even more impressive for my family and myself was the pristine entry point at Rivers Run themselves ,with an obvious upkeep of the entry point being solid after weather conditions over past years and a picturesque and peaceful treelined driveway to every camper's access point to meet and greet the host's prior to accessing your allocated camp-site. Also you'll know when u arrived at the correct place due to the clear view of the Riviera Run timber hand carved signage and 2 × Australia flags set diagonally at either end of the signage.
The shower and toilet facilities are second to none for a camp ground, actually well above expectations in that sinario.
The hot showers are brilliant with plastic/fibreglass floors underfoot with sufficient drainage and to top it off a huge round shower head with more than enough water pressure provided .
I said to my wife trying to be comical after our first experience using the facilities I'd pay the camp fees just to shower there .

Rivers Run Colo River Camping
Once u depart the Putty Road then take the Upper Colo Road to head towards the entry point at Rivers Run campgrounds.Roads were well maintained.But even more impressive for my family and myself was the pristine upkeep of the entry to the camp grounds themselves, the roadway at entry point was highly maintained, and ,solid to drive on with the way weather conditions have been over the past years . It also presented a highly visible peacefully treelined road entry to every camper's access point to meet and greet the host's prior to accessing each camper's allocated camp-site,and you can take confidence and you'll know your there when you spot the Rivers Run timber carved signage with 2 × Aust flags diagonally attached at either end of the carving throughout all the way obviously due to its the property itself. was very impressed with the obvious up keep of the roads,not only at the entry point but throughout camp site access due to the constant amount of flooding that the entire area has been subjected to over the k ast few years

Absolutely divine
We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful location. The glamping tent was gorgeous and so spacious for our family of 5. The communal bathroom facilities were fantastic. And best of all, the beautiful Colo River was absolutely divine!

Nice family/group camping spot
Great spot near the Colo River - dispersed sites with privacy. Nice toilet/shower/hot water/dishwashing sink and bbq. Owners friendly and good communication and instructions! Was great to be able to cool off in the river and have a fire in off ground fire pit!

We had a fantastic 4 days at Rivers Run. The weather was wonderful and the kids had a great time in the river and exploring. Nady and Russ are very friendly and have the property looking fantastic.

Wow! Can’t recommend Rivers Run Colo River Camping highly enough. The property was beautiful, the river was amazing and the hostess was awesome! Nady was prompt with messaging and selected the perfect spot on her property for our large group of campers. Campsite and amenities were clean and well thought out. Swimming in the river was a delight for all ages. We had such a great time there 😊

Rivers Run Colo River Camping
We stayed at camp 4. Very generous size with a fire pit and plenty of flat ground. Also had it's own entry onto the track to the rustic looking but very well appointed amenities block. (Modern toilets, hot showers). Track is also lit up by fairy lights at night.
Friendly and helpful hosts. Upkeep on the grounds is obvious. Highly recommend👌

From booking communication to the personal greeting and directions to our amazing site when we arrived, Nady runs an incredibly professional, but at the same time, relaxed environment. Anyone wanting to get "off the grid" and enjoy a dog friendly river camping experience, I can't recommend Rivers Run Colo River highly enough. We will be back!

Great place for family holiday, plenty of activities for kids. We really enjoyed it. The only thing is, somehow there wasn't hot water for showers at night, neither in the afternoon the next day, but over all, still a good choice, will recommend to my friends, thanks Nady and Russ.

Spectacular
The campsites are 10/10. Secluded, well spaced and seconds from the river. Late, filtered morning sun made for a beautiful slow wake-up. Russ and Nady were amazingly hospitable. Hands down the best campsite I’ve ever experienced. Please do not go :-)

Rivers Run Colo River Glamping
This place is truly magical. It is so beautiful and my kids loved it. The river is super close and great for swimming. The kids loved being surrounded by horses on the property and there were swings in the tree. There are buskwalks near by and the hosts were happy to provide options suitable for kids. Our tent was equipped with everything we needed and were so comfortable and spacious allowing room to play boardgames when it rained. The amenities block with dishwashing station was also so clean and nice. I can't speak highly enough of this place and the hosts who were so friendly, helpful and went over and above to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will be back.

Beautifully laid-out glamper with gorgeous night lights around the property. We also enjoyed all the swings around & about, kayaking in the river, tiny eggs, and the lovely hot shower with horse shoes for hooks. Stunning vista and a field to play games in.

We stayed 1 night at Rivers Run Colo River Glamping and loved our stay. The location is stunning, the tent was beautiful and well equipped and we had nice bit of privacy from others at glamper 2. The river near by was amazing and we spent hours there on a hot day.
