We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. Plenty of room to spread out. River was great for swimming and paddle boarding. First class amenities. Will be back.

Fantastic couple of days - river and rapids were such fun - great fire pits and facilities- peaceful spot and we were the only ones there! Our dogs had a ball!

Perfect serenity
We had an absolutely awesome time getting away from the hustle and bustle. Relaxing at the camp next to the river and going for a swim made this location absolutely perfect, we could not recommend it more highly.

Lovely spot to camp, river was beautiful to swim in! So lovely to sit and watch the cows walk and graze around you and plenty of birds to watch too. Clean facilities. Plenty of firewood.

Great property to camp. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away from the bustle & bustle. Great amenities, clean & well looked after. Beautiful location with water access for swimming & canoes

We just loved it here and will definitely come back again. The amenities were clean & modern. Nice hot showers. The views were spectacular and plenty of firewood and birdlife. The road in was good as well.

We camped at On The Clarence for 4 nights over New Years. The land was spacious with plenty of areas to distance yourself from other campers. The river was beautiful for a daytime swim and the fire pits were a great nighttime feature, with firewood for sale on the property. Toilet and shower facilities were clean, modern and much better than we had expected. Owners Mick and Margie were friendly and accommodating. Overall we had an amazing time camping here and will definitely return. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing property and a beautiful stretch of the Clarence River offering a very private camping spot with only a few other campers would definitely recommend a trip to Camping on the Clarence!! Nice clean facilities as well!! 100% worth the drive..

Last minute decision to go camping stumbled upon this place, one of the best places I've been. Well maintained massive camp ground. We swagged it beside a camp fire went 4x4ing and fishing with the kids. I'll be back for sure

Clarence bliss
Very open and beautiful camping area. Stand out amenities with flushing toilets and showers is a major bonus for a bush camp. Watch out for the cow pats while riding or walking around. River was clean and great for swimming. Thank you Mick, I'll be back.

We loved camping in our little two man tent at camping on the Clarence. We'll take the 4wd next time, but our little Corolla hatchback did manage to get in and out. The showers and toilets were 5 star, and there were heaps of camping sites to choose from.

There where barely any spots to go near the water, and there was cow manure EVERYWHERE resulting in huge amounts of flies

I love the natural environment we had around us I would really recommend for people to come here, the toilets and shower was really good and also we used the bicycles to look around and explore. We had a really hard time trying to find the camp because the sign was too small and we didn’t see it so if they would make it more bigger that would help a lot of people.

Fantastic spot, didn't want to leave. Super clean, well presented amenities, loads of area for campers, fire pits, open and grassy, great access to the beautiful Clarence River. Received good information pack on booking. A real credit to Mick, Margie and family. Loved it!

Beautiful spot
Amazing property. Huge camping sites and we had plenty of space between us and others there - couldn't even see them. Toilets have been put together extremely well! Beautiful views everywhere. Would definitely recommend! No reception if this is important to you.
