Serving as our own little piece of paradise, Fox Pointe sits at the end of Sunrise Lake. With 255 acres, Sunrise Lake is the perfect setting for kayaking, canoeing or simply sitting back and listening to the loon calls. Our property consists of 1 acre, and 200 feet of waterfront. A private beach and 40 foot dock are also available for enjoyment. All of the needed hook ups, water, sewer, 30 and 50 amp electric, WiFi and sewer will be included. Our private lake home is also situated on the property. You will share all of the best amenities that it offers. Views, sunsets, beach and gardens. 20 Minutes to Wolfeboro and 15 to all of the major shopping businesses. Grocery, hardware, banks pharmacies etc. Short day trips can include downtown Portsmouth or Kittery Maine for outlet shopping and fried clams at Bob’s Clam Hut!

Tranquil RV Spot - Lakeview - Beach
Perfect lakeside RV camping in NH!
This is the PERFECT spot for an RV escape in beautiful NH! Level gravel parking area with room for our toad, plus water and electric hook ups! The view on quiet Sunrise lake is so peaceful and to top it off, Debra and Randy are fun hosts. They have thought of everything including a table and chairs and fire pit. There is even a kayak and SUP, and the add on feature of a pontoon boat ride was superb. We will be back!

Lakefront beautiful property.
We had a ton of fun at Fox Pointe! It is located on Sunset Lake with a small private beach and dock. The RV site is located across the driveway from the hosts residence who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The lake is shallow and warm which was perfect for swimming and taking in the beauty of the natural surroundings. Falcon, bald eagles and the enchanting calls of the loons are a daily occurrence. We cannot say enough about our hosts. They provided local tips for exploring and created a welcoming environment with comforts of a fine dining, something we have been missing traveling with a large dog. If you get a chance, the charcutier board and eggs are amazing! You will definitely leave thinking lakefront living is bliss.

Beautiful, welcoming stay!
We just spent a wonderful five days on the lake at Debra and Randy’s lake house. With full hookups, access to the lake and beautiful little beach, the use of a tandem kayak and a paddle board, this spot can’t be beat. Debra and Randy are gracious hosts who always made sure we had what we needed, made suggestions for local activities, took us for a ride on their boat, and even shared the world’s most delicious tomatoes and cucumbers from Debra’s gardens! A delightful place to stay!

Perfect in every way!
Words and pictures can’t adequately express what a great experience we had here! Debra and Randy were the perfect hosts!! Genuinely nice people. We were greeted with fresh vegetables from the garden and the set up process was easy. The hosts were helpful to point out local restaurants and sites to visit but we’d have been just as happy staying at the lake. We were there during a heat wave so we spent a lot of time kayaking and paddle boarding in the morning and evenings. The lake is beautiful and just the right size as to not be overwhelming for us newbie paddlers. Watching sunsets in the kayak was our favorite experience. Our puppy who has never shown interest in water, even went in the kayak and paddle board with us and we didn’t have to worry because the lake isn’t too deep. We also enjoyed the view of the lake from our camper-van. We loved going to nearby Wolfboro and Lake Winnepausaukee. We hope to return and have a meal cooked by Debra!

The best spot ever
We had the best time. We give them a 40 out of 10. Location, beach, all amenities, water toys, level private parking and the hosts were delightful. We really had an enjoyable time and we highly recommend this spot to everyone. We have been on the road since November and this is the best spot EVER! WISH WE COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER . The call of the Loons was magical
