Our Country Inn has a variety of accommodations, lots of amenities, good food, and a passion for warm and friendly service. Located on a tidal basin with a waterfall, Dominion Hill is a historic estate developed by the publishing family that created The Saturday Evening Post and Ladies’ Home Journal. The property was completely renovated 6 years ago, and has become a favourite for travellers, weddings, families, and visitors from throughout Canada, the United States, and many other countries, in search of rest and relaxation amid nature’s beauty. Dominion Hill has a lot to offer. Soak in a hot tub, sit around a fire, play lawn &board games with the kids, enjoy our complimentary continental breakfast, share a bottle of wine, or just curl up in a chair with a book and relax. And when you are ready to explore, there is whale watching, hiking, Ministers Island, the Chocolate Museum, the Huntsman Aquarium, Kingsbrae Gardens, shops in St. Andrews, and so much more waiting for you.

The french doors lead to a private deck with a fenced yard. The second floor has two air conditioned bedrooms with queen size beds. One bedroom has an additional twin bed. The bathroom has the original claw-foot tub with shower head. Hotel amenities include hot tubs, fire pit, hiking trails, lawn games, picnic areas, and coffee station. The Loft is our largest suite located in the century-old Carriage House. On the ground floor there is a large entrance foyer and a private bedroom with a queen bed. There are 1.5 bathrooms on this floor, one with a tub/shower combination. The second floor is a huge room (over 900 sq. ft.) with a cathedral ceiling and old wooden beams. At one end is a kitchen area with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, stove top, and coffee machine. There is a dining room table, a games table, and two sofas, plus 2 day beds that convert to 4 twins. The Loft has a large smart TV, WIFI, and air conditioning. A large private deck overlooks the property. Hotel amenities include hot tubs, fire pit, hiking trails, lawn games, picnic areas, and coffee station. Continental breakfast is complimentary.
