Mostly wooded acreage, lots of hiking throughout the property and local area. With an abundance of wildlife. - 10 minutes to the Village of Gagetown - weekly markets on Sunday, marina, boat launch with free parking and ferry to Jempseg - 30 minutes to Oromocto & 45 minutes to Fredericton - 2 minutes to the Queenstown Warf where you can fish, swim, put in a boat or canoe - 10 minutes to Mooney's Falls - 0.8km out and back located in Hampstead. Easy level - 15 minutes to the Evandale Ferry and Resort where you can enjoy some swimming, eating, drinking, and hiking Camping is flexible, access to fields or woods for more private camping. Spring water is accessed at the front of property.
