Granny’s Place (FHU) is located one block from The Steamboat Trace trailhead,
It was created after the flood of 2019 as the only option for living in this area. It is connected to Jerry’s workshop for water, electric and sewer. The homes were destroyed but Jerry remains in the workshop doing repairs and building things. It’s quiet here but only 2 blocks from downtown and about a mile from PSC campus
