a quiet little meadow surrounded by a grove of cottonwoods. there used to be an ancient farmstead back in the day. we have seen lots of wildlife walk through the meadow including bears, deer, raccoons and more. Let the coyotes howl sing you to sleep. tromp thru the bush in hopes of finding lady slippers.  Learn more about this land: Pitch your tent on the grass or find a spot in the woods. Park your RV anywhere on the meadow or driveway. This is a basic camping spot. Bring your own anything you need for comfort. Look for lady slippers in June. Watch for bears and deer in late summer.

Secluded Getaway
Camped here for two nights in my camper . Site is large with plenty of space to turn around on the grass or park on the gravel driveway which is a bit more level. Firewood is provided along with a grill for the fire pit which is a nice touch. Richelle greeted me when I arrived with a little basket of snacks and a dozen eggs that I ordered. She came up to the site once to see if I needed anything but otherwise, I had total privacy. Lots to do in the area if you don’t mind a drive.

Richelle and her family were excellent hosts. They were very accommodating to our late arrival, and when they saw we had a toddler, they even brought some toys over. The area is spacious and level, worked well for our chalet camper with plenty of options for a second tent. There's a handy grill and spark cover provided with the fire pit. It rained a bit while we were there and popped the circuit on the plugin. It was easy to reset and we were back in business.
