Beautiful treed, very quiet and private, mowed grass area under the canopy of trees perfect for your tent, flowers to attract the hummingbirds and orioles.
Cozy fire pit area. Firewood included.
Potable water included.
No neighbouring residents except for the foxes, coyotes, the occasional moose and deer.
A walking trail around the property takes you by the ponds with ducks and geese.
Sheltered space to set up in case of stormy weather.
Get in touch with nature with the old-fashioned plumbing... aka... outhouse on site.
In the evening, be prepared to be serenaded by coyotes - sing along if you wish!
A 20min drive takes you to the famous swinging bridge in picturesque Souris Manitoba.
Nearby is a Ducks Unlimited marsh great for photo taking.
The Eternal Springs is a short drive where you can walk across the mini swinging bridge.
Cranky Trapper is also biker friendly. The gravel road is maintained well.

The tent site was beautiful and private. We appreciated the outdoor wash stand. The dogs enjoyed the space to run and play!

The peaceful farm
John and Lorreta are excellent hosts. They clearly love sharing their farm with visitors, and they maintain the campgrounds beautifully. We appreciated the campfire that Lorreta laid and lit for us, and slept well in our tent in the quiet, peaceful setting.
