We have always wanted a place to get away and we were lucky enough to find this beautiful little farm in southern Kentucky in 2017. We really consider this our place of tranquility where you can come escape and recharge. Learn more about this land: Pitch your tent along one of our ponds or on one of the hill tops overlooking some really nice valley's. We have picnic tables and free firewood available. Just minutes from two wonderful lakes if you're into boating or fishing. We also rent jet skis. We love meeting new people and are always looking for a reason to grill out should you just want to relax for a little while. Hope to see you soon!

What is there not to love? Cary welcomed us and helped pick the best spot for our needs. We had a bonfire and shared stories. Very very dog friendly! Our Shepherd had a blast. Cary welcomed us to his restaurant at Safe Harbor and even took us for a scenic boat ride on Lake Cumberland. Since we are moving to the area he wanted to show off Cumberland County for us, and it did not disappoint. We consider Carys family apart of our family now.

Private, beautiful farm with goats, cattle, horses and friendly dogs and cats. Gregarious, generous hosts brought us coffee in the morning and shared a mint julep as we watched the Kentucky Derby with them. He will drive you and your gear in a 4x4 to a site of your choice.

Family Farm Stay
Cary was a gracious and hospitable host who welcomed us to the farm as if we were family. He took the time to ask us what vehicle we were driving in order select the best camp site for our needs. They even waited up and warmly greeted us despite our arriving past dark! In the morning we awoke to a misty farm and took a scenic walk up the hill to find wild blackberries and honeysuckle growing. We wish we could have stayed longer to see all this farm and family had to offer. Thank you Cary and family for the Southern hospitality and great first visit to Kentucky!
