My husband and I were looking for a place to retire to in the South. We decided last Mother's Day to come down and look at 13 properties in 2 days. We almost didn't come to see this one because the pictures the realtor had up did it no justice, it just looked like a run down river cabin. At the last minute we decided to see it before we headed further west to look at the rest of the properties, well...as they say the rest is history. We got out of our Jeep and looked at each other and said, "this is the one." We did look at the other properties but came back east the next day and put in the offer, and that was that. We love it here and want to share it with as many people as we can.
