Such a unique and special place. Loved experience of farm life during our stay. Peaceful and relaxing. Lodge was beautifully designed with so much character. A very memorable stay and highly recommended.

Very cute meadow on a farm for safe camping. It is outside of the busy city. There is the main road and golf course on the corner of the meadow but the noise is not overwhelming. The clean bathroom/shower and shared fridge were a big bonus for the fair cost. Hosts were respectful and friendly.

Just a perfect stay in a beautiful location. Exactly as was described. Super clean and great care was taken in making it really comfortable.
Our little dog loved it and kept a close eye on the horses and goats from her perch in the loft:) Highly recommend as it was also an easy drive to Sidney and about 30 minutes to downtown Victoria.

This was a beautiful little spot, very private my boyfriend and my self basically had the whole place to ourselves. It was close to everything and the owners were very kind! There is a lovely little washroom and shower, a little place to do your dishes. Their chickens were very friendly as long as you leave them be and very cute watch. All and all it was a 10/10 stay! Just make sure to bring lots of lights!

Although the camping meadow is close to a busy road and golf course, it is very private and protected by natural barriers that provide both sound and visual buffers. The use of a washroom was a huge bonus that allowed me to clean up and sleep well both nights of my stay.

Clear instructions. Beautiful property. Having access to a shared washroom with shower and spigot to refill my water jug was a real gift midway through my camping trip.
I saw an eagle fly overhead!
I was car camping not tent camping so I had to sleep in the parking spot. The tree canopy provided a lot of shade for my vehicle.
However, it did obstruct my Starlink. So just keep that in mind if you have a roof mounted Starlink.

Perfect spot to visit Victoria and the area, especially Sidney. Close to the ferry for coming and going. We used the free park and ride to take the bus into Victoria for Canada Day, couldn’t have been easier.
The camp spot is a nice spot near the main house. You can use the lovely bathroom in the basement of the house which was a real treat after a few weeks of campsite toilets. There is a fridge and freezer to use which helped with freezing ice packs. The chickens were a delight and there seems to be no roosters as there was no noise. The couple were very friendly but you felt like you had your own space. We were there on their busiest weekend and also by ourselves for a few days. Both were great and enough space for all. We would definitely return if we were in the area again.

Much of the property was off limits, and clear signage would be helpful, especially with children who want to roam and play. I had been hoping for an authentic farm experience on this property, however it became clear that the hosts did not want the campers mixing with the farm experience at all, which was apparently due to previous guests being disrespectful. I felt unwelcome when the host told me her dog could not be outside when my kids were on the property and wanted to know when we were going to be out so the dog could come out. I would only recommend to adults who are passing through and need a spot for a night.

Great location and amenities with water and power close to camp. Shower and toilet was much appreciated after spending a night in the backcountry with my two boys. Other campers were friendly and sites were not too close.

An unforgettable 3-night stay at the Barn Loft while visiting from California, and it couldn’t have been better. The space—an open-concept suite in a century-old hay loft—is beautifully designed with reclaimed wood beams, a clawfoot tub, and a Juliet balcony overlooking the farm. The micro living room, full fridge, and cozy kitchen setup made it feel like home. Waking up to the sounds of horses, goats, and chickens was pure magic, and Spent time just soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Rural yet still close to Victoria.

We loved our time at Anneth Farm. The only thing I would change is that I would stay longer next time! The hosts were kind and responsive, the loft was a sweet sanctuary and the horses were wonderful barn mates. We would definitely come back!

Our stay at Anneth Farm was the perfect way to kick off our cozy couple’s getaway on Vancouver Island. From the moment we stepped into the loft, we were in awe—the space is absolutely stunning, even more magical than the photos suggest.
Waking up to the sight of horses just outside our window was the most serene way to start each day—truly the cherry on top of an already idyllic stay. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with the cookware essentials we needed, and we enjoyed preparing a delicious breakfast on the hot plate without a hitch.
After a day of exploring, the clawfoot tub was a welcome retreat—such a luxurious touch. Even the composting toilet impressed us: simple, odorless, and eco-friendly.
We also loved wandering the property and visiting the sweet, curious goats—what a treat!
We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this beautiful Hipcamp. Anneth Farm is a true gem.

My dog and I had the campsite all to ourselves. Lots of shade provided by the trees, bathroom is lovely, shower gets nice and hot. Felt very private within the fenced camping area. Earplugs recommended for traffic noise and people playing golf next to the site. Thanks Mark!

We had a great stay in the tenting area. Got to listen to the birds and frogs singing. The washroom was clean and easily accessible and the chickens were eager to say hi to the kids from behind their pen. Lovely property. Thank you!
