Peaceful forested property located bang in the middle of the two villages on Texada Island. Walkable distance is a pizza and ice-cream parlour. There are plenty of walking trails accessible from the acreage. One beach is accessible within walking distance (45 min ish) but the return is uphill! Other beaches are in cycling distance if you want to avoid driving. Nature is in abundance here. Ocean, lakes, forests and mountains, all within a short distance on the island. Services such as a gas station, two grocery/liquor stores, two thrift stores, a cafe, an inn that serves food, and a seasonal farmers market on Sundays are available within driving or cycling distance. Powell River is just a relaxing 40min ferry ride away for more activities and services. Ferries run 8+ times a day in each direction.Glamping van on rough gravel lot.
