Welcome to the Wheelie Rad RV Pad (and cabins). A beautifully forested 4 acre property centrally located on Vancouver Island’s east coast, just off the highway, 10 minutes north of Qualicum Beach. That makes us an easy and convenient stopover point if you’re en route up island, ferry-bound, or road-tripping the coast. There are multiple community beach accesses a short drive away. We offer 4 cabins and 1 RV site. Please note that ONLY the RV site is currently bookable on Hipcamp so if you are interested in the cabin rentals, please inquire.

      Private RV Site - Hookups & Firepit
      What a beautiful and peaceful place among big cedars and a beautiful privacy fence looks to be milled on the property. Very beautiful wood working. Huge picnic table! Thanks Sasquatch for letting us use it! The toilet plunger in the potty came in very useful. Haha! Nice touch! Thanks for a great spot for a stop over on our way to Salt Spring Island.

      The Slow Go Log Cabin
      My three teenage kids and I had a great weekend in the cabin. We were out exploring during the day (Hornby Island is an amazing day trip if you can swing it!) and enjoyed watching movies by the wood stove at night. The kitchen supplies were basic but suitable for our needs. No complaints here, I would definitely go back.

      The Slow Go Log Cabin
      The cabin was very well stocked, Bree has made a huge effort to think of anything that might be needed. I love that these cabins are dog friendly yet are still meticulously clean. The addition of the indoor toilet makes this a truly full service spot and we look forward to coming back again.

      Amazing Cabin!
      The Slow Go Log Cabin
      We loved our stay at Bree’s cabin! The cabin is so spacious and has everything you need! Using the wood furnace for heating was also such a nice feature (not many places have these anymore). Check-in was smooth and the instructions are very clear. Bree is so kind and had great communication with us!
