We would love to offer our cedar hut as a beautiful glamping hut. Outdoor bathroom and kitchen are also provided, being situated about 20m from the hut which is nestled among trees overlooking our field. We are a family farm owned by Mike, Julia, daughters Emmy and Hanna who live with us when they are not exploring or working. Our farm dog Klaus, as well as our 2 horses and one mini horse also call our farm home and would be your neighbors. Ocean, rivers, lakes and hikes can be found nearby while centrally located in wine and farm country. Two bicycles are provided should you like to explore our area this way. Wifi is available and a dog as a companion is Welcomed if not aggressive. The Hofmann's Farm

Warm welcome, sound sleep

We were so happy to be the first campers at Julia and Mike’s small farm in the rural Cowichan Valley. We were greeted warmly and enthusiastically, and offered a choice of spots in which to camp. We plugged in with a view of the friendly horses, pony, and meadow. This is a working farm, and we were given a tour of the salad-raising garden. We befriended Klaus, the big soft dog, who is quite timid but a sweetheart. It turned out to be a perfect starry night, and we slept soundly amid the quiet.
