Imagine stepping out of your vehicle into the rich, intoxicating scent of the mountain forest. Tall trees surround you with birdsong and wind gently moving through the branches. This peaceful 3.5-acre property offers a quiet woodland setting with a cool evening breeze. Please note: This property is only accessible from the Inland Island Highway (19A) — not the Port Alberni Highway (Highway 4). Just 3 minutes from the entrance to Qualicum Falls Provincial Park with its stunning waterfalls, swimming holes, and hiking trails. Only 5 minutes from Meadowood Market for groceries and supplies. This is a perfect home base for exploring Qualicum Beach, Qualicum Farmers Market, Coombs Old Country Market with the famous Goats on the Roof, nearby lakes, and cave expeditions.This peaceful forest RV spot is nestled into the trees on the inside of our large U-shaped gravel driveway, surrounded by tall trees and nature. The site sits about 80 to 100 feet from the garage side our house, with most of our daily activity happening on the rear and opposite sides, so you'll have good privacy. The pad area measures 25 feet deep by 18.5 feet wide at the entrance, tapering to 12 feet at the back. Best suited for vehicles 24 feet and under. Some leveling may be required. Access: This site is only accessible from the Inland Island Highway (19A) — not the Port Alberni Highway (Highway 4). You’ll enter through the second entrance of the U-shaped gravel driveway. The spot is immediately to your left just past the gate. Amenities: 15-amp power, potable water, and guest WiFi available. Please bring your own extension cord, water hose, and leveling blocks. House Rules: • Propane fire pits are allowed • No wood campfires (permanent fire ban) • Community quiet time after 8:00 PM • Pets allowed (must be leashed and cleaned up after) • No septic hookup — must be fully self-contained or bring a portable toilet • Check-out by 11:00 AM This site is ideal for quiet couples, solo travelers, and small families who want a peaceful forest base for exploring Qualicum Falls and the surrounding area.
