Two-bedroom 400 sq ft tiny home with two bedrooms. This unit has a tile shower with shower doors. Bedroom one has a queen-size bed, and bedroom two has a twin. There is a couch and a dining table, along with a kitchen containing a refrigerator, a stove/cooktop, and a microwave. Full cookware and eating ware are also provided. All linens, including bath towels and tea towels provided. Rentals longer than one week include a cleaning and linen change. Valet laundry available on a separate per load basis, subject to availability. Cleaning fee separate and pet fee additional.

Tiny Home Cabin w Tub Shower

Everything went well! We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s. This is a new build that has ongoing work. The RV campsites and Tiny homes are great. The continuing construction had no impact to our stay. If you are looking for quiet well spaced sites that is located near Powell River and beaches this is a place to put a pin in.

Welcome note at the front building when we arrived. Brand new campsite, so everything is fresh and clean, but the property is still a work in progress. Nice green grass space next to gravel pad with a picnic table. Washroom was clean and it's nice to have a warm shower. Only 1 washroom available currently. We were happy to find this campground as we booked last second.

RV Pad

This was a great spot for us over the weekend! The park was very quiet, and having a full bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) to yourself was an absolute treat after other spots with cubicles. Small note that the water hookup is in the ground, so anyone without a proper hose may struggle to access that amenity. Also, we were warned about the sprinklers but still surprised when they came on at 4am. Don’t leave soft chairs out overnight! Someone (I think it may have been the cleaner?) stopped by one morning to give us a goody bag of treats, poop bags and a voucher for a free dog wash. It was a really lovely gesture, and much appreciated! It’s obvious that they have a clear plan and attention to detail, I’m sure the park will be a really awesome spot once construction is complete.

Tiny Home Cabin w Shower Only

Super cute little home. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a fully stocked kitchen and a small living room. Had everything we needed for a few days. About 15 mins drive into Powell River so very conveniently located. Jen was very communicative and went above and beyond reaching out to the community when she found out we were visiting to try out discgolf courses! Highly recommend staying here!
