Site 1 - Orchard Forest Getaway
Totally not worth the $80 a night
I don't know why this was the best Hipcamp in B.C. at the time of our booking, or offered for this price.
First of all, we arrived and saw that the property was on sale, we never met Tina and it looked like the house was already vacated.
The outside furniture was al covered in dust and dirt and where al placed under a tarp away from our campsite. After cleaning them ourselves we soon find out that the pond behind our campsite was the home for a lot of mosquitoes. The outhouse was fine, but it looked like it needed emptying soon.
We had a place to pitch our tent for 2 nights, but we definitely expected more for this price!

What a great location! Very close to Gibsons, Roberts Creek and walking distance to the beach. ( 10 min hike)
We had a very restful stay at Orchard Forest and it literally is a orchard in the forest.
Campsites are basic, but they also are new, we will be back to watch them grow.

Site 1 - Orchard Forest Getaway
Beautiful site in some trees beneath their orchard. Tina was warm and friendly and came down to meet us immediately to help us find a level spot for our camper. It was a little tight for our class B camper van but we managed to find a spot. Lovely walk through a forest down to the water. Make sure to have Tina write down the directions as it’s easy to get confused. All in all, I would highly recommend this site as it is a gorgeous and private piece of property to camp on!

Site 1 - Orchard Forest Getaway
Great property and location
My son and I camped in the trailer at the Orchard Forest Getaway and we both highly recommend it! Tina is a great host, the trailer is very clean and cozy, and the property is large, quiet and clean. It's also a short walk to the water and a ~15 minute bike ride to Roberts Creek. We can't wait to come back!

Lovely peaceful spot in the forest with very welcoming hosts. Our kids enjoyed picking apples in the orchard with Tina, meeting the dogs, and watching the chickens. Nicely located within easy access to towns, trails and beaches.

Great spot tucked in the forest!
This spot is a unique little retreat tucked in the forest that we would have never explored otherwise! Conveniently close to Gibsons/Sechelt by car. The hosts were helpful and very accommodating. They have a cool/private set up that is ideal for anyone looking for a night outside the typical campground scene. We explored the surrounding trails and walked down to the beach. Thanks to Tina for welcoming us into your space - we would definitely go again!
