Our family owns 40 acres of land in the forest set a ways back from the main road. We have a family home here as well as lots of land to explore and enjoy. There are trails into the neighbouring properties (however some are a bit wild and overgrown).
We're close to many things such as the Skybridge, the Wolf Sanctuary, the beautiful rivers and waterfalls down in the Blaeberry, the lakes around the area and up the ski hill. There is lots of whitewater rafting, mountain biking and paragliding in the summer. In the winter it's an amazing backcountry skiing area or go up the Kicking Horse Mountain resort.
Our site is private and secluded. Further down the road is our house where we are doing lots of building and construction so mind the mess if you do go for a wander.Pitch your tent or drive your vehicle for RV or car camping down this forest lane. No campfires please. At the moment, there are no amenities.
The spot is nice and sunny during the day as there is a bit of a clearing however still very private as it is off of the main road to our house. Enjoy the peace of our forest for one night or many!
