Stay right next to the free Sprockids Mountain Bike Park and ATV trails. Guests can walk or ride directly to the trails, making our campground the perfect base for mountain biking and ATV adventures. Surrounded by lush forest, the campground also offers direct access to the endless trail networks of Mount Elphinstone, known for its breathtaking views, as well as nearby highlights like Gibsons Creek Falls. Conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from Gibsons’ shopping center, restaurants, groceries, and local amenities, our campground combines easy access, outdoor adventure, and a true West Coast setting.

Bring your own tent and sleeping bags! The campsite is set in a quiet, spacious, and private forested area—ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. Shared bathroom facilities, hot shower, and access to municipal water are available. Shampoo/body lotion are not provided. Communal microwave/toaster are available. Note: communal fire pits are available. Refer to provincial fire ban for camp fire requirement. T1/T2/T3 have parking one or 8 meters away and can not drive directly on site. T4/T5 can drive in with Sprinter, small camper van and park on site. Before checking out, please ensure the site is left clean, and all food waste and garbage are placed in the designated disposal bins. We kindly ask all guests to enjoy the natural surroundings with care and respect. Quiet hours are always in effect—please keep noise to a minimum at all times to preserve the peaceful environment. Guest who will have late check-in can find and your site directly. Tent site are about 600 ft in from entry. Guest who will have late check-out should report to manager and leave site completely clean. For your safety and to protect local wildlife, all food, scented items, and waste must be stored securely when not in use. Never leave food or garbage unattended. Campfires are not permitted due to the high wildfire risk, proximity to town, and local water restrictions.

It's too new to be a pleasant tent only campsite. Good luck establishing the campgrounds and sorting out the facilities.

The management were quickly responsive to a request I had ( within minutes). The campsite was clean, quiet and spacious. It is nestled in a wooded area away from the RV’s. All together very comfortable.

The management was very nice and had a renovated RV on property we could stay at. The glamping tent listed is very isolated at the bottom of a hill far from the restroom and people which is not typical for other campgrounds we’ve stayed at.

Very new site but Aaron was great, very helpful and friendly. He’s very busy working on getting the site set up and the services are all there for RVs. They have a nice seating area with BBQ set up to enjoy the view and allow people to visit and get to know other campers. Met some lovely people. Walked into Gibsons one day and taxied back ($14) because of the hills! Definitely need some privacy hedging between sites, which are very open, but also met a lovely couple as a result! I did have issues trying to find the location on Apple Maps, which took me to a random driveway but luckily decided to check out other road signs for RV spot and managed to find it
