We have a 6 acre farm in the hills of Joe Rich. It’s a beautiful combination of open meadow and mature forest, with a seasonal creek and pond. The property is full of many varieties of native plants, flowers and trees. Above the trees you can see the peaks of Little White. We also get wild animals that come to visit every now and then; bear, cougar, lynx, coyote, deer and owl to name a few. There is a communal firepit and kitchen area, central between our current campsite and other future campsites. You can enjoy hiking on the High Rim Trail nearby or maybe an off road adventure. James Lake is only 11 kms away for some summer kayaking or paddle boarding and Big White is only 1/2 hour away hosting all the summer and winter fun!. Lots of beautiful areas to explore nearby. Our location tends to be 6°-10° cooler than in Kelowna, which is a welcome treat on those warm summer days. There is also, almost always a breeze. It was a beautiful (unexpected) private place to stay. When you stay here you are the only one. That makes it more special. We only met Jeff. He was so kind, wanted to help us with everything. We really loved this place and when we are near by here we definitely want to stay here again!

Pretty sweet stay. Total independence to roam and camp on the lot. All amenities as listed and everything is clean. About 15min each way to town up and down a mountain on fully paved road. Host was super welcoming and responsive to messages

Great place to stay. Easy to find with a very private pitch. Host was super friendly and helpful. Eggs are sold that are lovely!

Super responsive & helpful hosts. Nice area & would stay there again - quite secluded. Only thing worth mentioning is the tight driveway to come in & the ground is not super level if that is of importance. Other than that great stay! Thanks :)

This was a beautiful property close to Kelowna but far enough away for some beautiful peace and quiet. Joanna and Jeff were so kind and considerate and I highly reccomend. The portaloo was clean and convenient and there was a great fire pit and wash station. We saw some deer and plenty of other great wildlife here

We loved staying with Joanna and Jeff. Both of them are very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Right after we arrived we saw deer and also during dinner a deer visited us. The land is beautiful and it feels very private. Would definitely stay there again!

The location was nice and so were the hosts but the limited places to set up the tent made it feel like we were camping in their backyard. The amenities where good but there was a 10:00 pm quiet time I feel should have been mentioned before paying.

Very nice quiet place in the middle of nature. Joanna was very friendly. WiFi, toilet and firewood available. Google maps directions provided brings you right to the right place. Highly recommended!!

The stay on Joanna’s property was perfect. The area is exactly as described and not to mention breathtaking. Her and her husband were very accommodating and SO kind even greeting us with home made cookies. I highly recommend staying here no matter how long. We will definitely be coming back as it was not far from town and made it so easy to camp while still being able to explore the city. Thank you so much! :)

This was an amazing spot to stay! Very close to Kelowna but remote enough to feel like you’re actually camping. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again any day.

They are really amazing people. We realized our car battery had died in the morning when we were about to leave the camp site, and we got really upset. Thankfully They offered us a help and brought a car battery jump starter, and fixed our car. Thank you so much and we are so impressed by your help! We’re gonna pass it forward by helping someone else 😊

Really enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of being in the country yet still close to Kelowna. The property is lush and green with no mosquitos. The campsite had everything I needed. I received a warm welcome from Joanna and her husband, Jeff, along with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies…delicious! Jeff helped me find a good mechanic to help me with my RV repairs so that I could get on my way first thing the following morning. Would definitely stay with these kind people again!

Was Defenetley a good stay close to Kelowna easy to find quite neighborhood beautiful property stayed there for 2 nights in our 30 foot rv trailer .

I loved the property at forest view! Joanna greeted us with cookies and a perfect spot to put our tent and park our car. The property has amazing views and is so close to Kelowna! I would recommend for anyone doing a weekend getaway!
