In the family for 30 years, owned by Tucson natives. Learn more about this land: At the foot of the Saguaro National Monument West, a true desert experience. Watch the incredible Sonoran sunsets and gaze at thousands of stars as you listen to the coyotes howl. This is a remote get away from it all experience! This site is only available for RV use. There are no shower or restroom facilities available. There are two RV sites available both have 50/30 amp systems with well water faucets and hookups to a septic system. The second site is only available to the primary renter at an additional cost. Hiking trails, and beautiful views. You can’t properly describe the beauty.

Great site!!
This is a great secluded site! You feel like you’re in the open desert with great views of rocks/mountains! James is a fantastic host and was flexible around check in/check out times. Highly recommended!! We have a 31ft class A and had no issues getting in.

Saguaro National Monument West
Great RV site with full hook-ups. Very private and peaceful. Near the entrance to Saguaro NP West entrance. We stayed for a week, and hiked the east side, including Mount Lemmon, from there as well. The privacy and desert beauty of this site makes it well worth driving a few e tra miles. Would love to come back so.e day.

Saguaro National Monument West
Absolute perfection! Private, excellent location, incredibly peaceful. We stayed on James' land for two weeks and didn't want to leave! Great to have full hookups without all the madness of a campground. Super close to Saguaro NP west, and less than 30 min to Tucson proper. Highly recommend to anyone looking for solitude in the desert! You can't beat the sunsets.

Great first HipCamp experience!
This was our first HipCamp experience and it was fantastic! What a beautiful area and very peaceful. The views were spectacular. Perfect sire to explore Saguaro. The full hook-up was perfect. We had a slight challenge with directions but a call to the host clarified things. We would highly recommend this campsite!

Great spot!
This is what we were hoping to find. Peaceful, quiet, clean and safe. Reasonable access to the city. Enjoyed the flora, fauna and the views. Hope to come back next year. Thanks James!

Peaceful Retreat
Such a peaceful retreat in the Sonoran Desert bordering Saguaro National Park’s painted desert landscape. Removed from but close enough to Tucson proper. A great home base to explore the area or just enjoy the desert magic.
