Plenty of space to enter and turn around on the property.   The property is open and not fenced. There is abundant wildlife in the area so it's best to keep your furry friends on a leash if possible. Well behaved or trained pets may be ok off leash. I do have a dog that stays in the house and is leashed when I take him outside.

A large concrete pad, beautiful views, quiet, and close to anything you may need! The host was wonderful and attentive! What more could you ask for? I will definitely come back the next time I am in the Tucson area!!

Amazing views. Quiet (other than the wildlife-which was amazing) plenty of space and privacy. Chris was very helpful.

Beautiful Mountain Views
Chris was a very good communicator. He kept in contact with us every step of the way. The property is amazing. The view is beautiful. Having electric and water hook-up was quite generous! This is a wonderful place to stay.

It was another last minute decision to stay and see my ailing grandma and I was able to be there and have a place to stay with ac. It was also the 4th of July and Chis and family were making food! We arrived right on time for dinner! It’s is a welcomed place to be. Great to have a hipcamp on that side of Tucson.

Great spot on the far side of Tucson as a traveler from the west. My family lives in the east side of the city and this is a great site to have available. , FLAT and full of bird life but otherwise quiet and peaceful. .

Stargazing Mountain View’s
It’s a great spot with plenty of room to pitch a tent or park your RV. The stars at night are remarkable. Chris was great at communicating and accommodating to all our requests. Thanks again!

Successful first time rv camping!
This was a first time camping in an RV so we wanted to go somewhere somewhat local to make sure everything was working okay. Chris’s land was perfect! He had the essential hookups, a huge concrete pad, plenty of turnaround space, and clear instructions. Plus the views of the mountains from his property were amazing. He lives in an area that feels isolated and like you’re in nature, while actually being only 5 minutes from a shopping area (target, Petco, etc). We brought our golden retriever and he loved exploring the property too!
