Beautiful farm
Beautiful campsite with amazing views. Holly communicated well and was super easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend arriving during daylight hours as her property is tucked away. You have about a mile or so of dirt/gravel roads with slight hills but I was able to get in and out with my 28’ trailer. We loved the farm animals, the gorgeous views, and Holly was very accommodating.

fun experience!
such an adorable fun spot to stay!! holly was warm and welcoming and the farm animals were soooo cute. deff a little noisy throughout the night if you're tent camping so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. otherwise was amazing fun experience and a safe place. thank you!

High desert ranch w/ mtn views- RV
The setting was perfect with Mountain View’s all around. Holly and Zoe made us feel right at home and provided my granddaughter the absolute best experience and education on farm animals. The farm has so much to offer and the beautiful night skies with all the stars and moon topped it all. Such a great family place to be. I got to hand it to Molly, she was such a great host and she works so hard on the place for folks to be able to enjoy nature and all of God’s creation. It brought back memories of my upbringing around our ranch.

We loved camping on Sarah’s land! Such a cool opportunity to see and interact with so many animals (horses, chickens, roosters, turkeys, pigs, sheep, rams?, dogs) and such a beautiful property especially at sunset. Sarah was super nice, welcoming, and helpful! 10/10 recommend!

celebrated my Birthday with my family at Holly's land. One of our best RV/ Camping experience ever. My kids had a lot fun interacting with her animals, and learned a lot on their own about farm life just by staying. what amazed us is She allowed us to using her well decorated patio for family dinner, and hand roasted a bag of coffee for my Birthday gift!!!! Would love to go back whenever we have chance.

The farm and animals are well kept and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with the animals. Holly and her daughter are very friendly and inviting and the tour they gave us was great!
Unfortunately the spring winds lasted into summer; it was so windy that the inside of our tent was covered in fine sand despite all entrances and vents being closed. Having all our clothes and food covered in sand was not enjoyable and we only stayed one of the three nights we booked. We did come back and visit the animals but be aware that the pasture site is dry and dusty, especially in the wind.

Safe and friendly ranch experience
Holly’s ranch is lovely! My family had a great first night of our campervan trip. Holly made us feel so at home. My 11 yo daughter had the time of her life petting on Holly’s animals. We felt very safe and were so glad to meet our new friend, Zeus the Dog.

We loved the privacy we had and meeting the animals. Had a peaceful morning being woken up by roosters. We brought our dog and he loved it as well, just had to get used to the chickens. Their dog would bark every once in a while, but it’s a guard dog it’s supposed to. We were just bothered by the yelling of the owners to get the dog to be quite, rather than just letting the dog bark. Other than that it was amazing, especially at night, the starts are beautiful.

Holly and her daughter are EXCELLENT HOSTESSES! We had no problems with google maps taking us there but confirmed with Holly’s directions. Gravel road was rough but we made it up no problem with 2001 suburban 1500 towing 27’ trailer. We used site with full hookups and like her listing says was closest to house and pigs. The only time they were chatty was feeding time but I liked it-she even let me help! Honestly it didn’t sell bad but I don’t mind farm life! Her dogs were no problem -she kept on leashes or in kennel. It is dusty and no outside seating/tables for our campsite but we really only there to sleep. I loved that it was centrally located/close to lots of great adventures. Thanks for great time!

A weekend at the farm
Holly’s farm was such a treat! We were greeted by one of their dogs Zeus, who was the sweetest host. He walked us to our tent site, and stayed with us while we got set up. We rented the star-gazing tent and it was perfect! Truly beautiful at night when all of the stars are out. Holly & her daughter were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The animals were my favorite part! They have everything from horses, goats, pigs, chickens..etc. We were given a tour and got to meet/play with all of them and were even invited to go back in the pens whenever we wanted (with caution of course.) Holly’s farm is a great location, about 15 minutes from some local wineries near by, and a quick half hour drive to downtown Sedona. Keep in mind it is a farm, and it’s expected to hear some of the animals during the night. We had a great time, and will definitely be back!!

You’ve got to like farm animals
An interesting experience. Host Holly and daughter very nice. Be prepared to live right next to 3dogs, a pig pen, horses, goats, roosters, and turkeys. Very dusty.

Great time, take earplugs
We loved tent camping in Holly's pasture! She and her daughter were both incredibly kind and helpful. We loved camping under the stars and cuddling the baby goats that were four days old when we got there. It was around a 40 minute, but nice, drive into Sedona to hike. One thing to note- take earplugs for the morning! The roosters start crowing incredibly early. Overall, we loved the experience and would definitely stay again.

This was absolutely one of my favorite Hipcamps to stay at! I loved being surrounded by animals. It was a perfect place to stay if you’re looking for remote and relaxing. Not too far from Sedona either.

We loved camping at high ranch. Holly is super nice and my kids absolutely loved being in the farm. Holly gave a lot of attention to the kids and let them help with the animals, which was my daughter dream come true :-)
Camping in the pasture is cool and remote, and we loved the crisp nights with sunny morning.

Holly’s place was absolutely amazing & she is a fantastic host who showed us around her beautiful farm & took the time to let my boys feed the animals and interact with them. She’s lovely and the stars at night were magical! My boys are dying to go back & so are we! Definitely recommend to everyone! Peaceful and amazing views and Holly was super helpful!

Enjoyed the farm animals and surrounding fields. Very nice family that is making their home into a great hipcamp. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back. Make sure you read the description of the roads leading back to it. We had a Airstream interstate with fairly low found clearance but plenty of low end torque for the hills.

Fun on the Farm
Holly and her family are such lovely hosts, with a big fuzzy family of goats, sheep, horses, pigs, and chickens, as well as a sweet old pony. Having the tour of the farm, getting to pet them, feed them and get in their pen with them was awesome, it was a cut above the usual park-in-my-yard hipcamp. We had a lovely time, and would recommend their place!

Holly and her daughter were excellent hosts and attentive to campers needs, and her ranch has the friendliest farm animals we have ever come across. It was sad to leave all the animals.
Good location for visits to Sedona, Cottonwood and Jerome.

AMAZING! Holly and her animals
are the BEST! We loved it so much- it was hard to leave. We loved waking up to the sounds of the animals. It was nice to have a quiet retreat away from the hubub of over-touristy Sedona- but to be close enough to the Red Rock hikes and so many other destinations.

The pasture camping is an awesome spot. Holly has a nice fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Nice open space with plenty of stargazing. Farm animals are sweet and they do not disturb. Some animals were in the pasture with us and they keep to themselves around your camp, but will approach when you walk past their area.

Holly is a gem. Helped ya get situated, gave me a tour of the property & answered any questions promptly. We camped, had a fire under the stars, it was lovely! Being at the farm, my boyfriend was worried about the animal noises keeping him up or waking him up to early but wasn’t bad at all, especially at our location closer to the gate. Ps the piglets were adorable!!!
