If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Alright folks, I literally never give reviews ever unless it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had or one of the best. I’ve gave one bad review for a rrg cabin company and 1 awesome review at The Climb in Russellville (which has been closed down for a few years) I’ve camped at rrg primarily, with a few other places in between for 15 years and just joined HipCamp to expand my camping. This place is absolutely at the top of my list now. The owners are top notch in every way possible. Camped in a tent by the river on a Wednesday. Nobody else around us and it was awesome. I can’t speak on weekends (yet). Even so, where we camped had plenty of room for other campers. Swam at night time, the river is much bigger than I thought it would be. If you fish, I would def rent a kayak or Jon boat. That was our only regret. (also bring live bait) even if this place was a 4 out of 10 the owners make it a 10, but this place is a 9.5/10 for your general camping experience and the owners just put it over the top. Me and my friends can’t wait to go back. There’s also downed trees (firewood) around if your keen to look for it. Def recommend gtn couple bundles though from host.
Me & my dog
We stayed at the River-side site, and throughly enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful veiw of the Cumberland river. Both Patrick & Angelica made me feel completely welcome & they were very helpful... answering any questions I had. We spent our time kayaking and walking the trails. My dog loved it as much as I did!
One of the best camping spots I’ve ever camped at! We stayed on the river for a week and it was beautiful. Also Patrick and Angelica were great hosts and treated us like family. Will definitely be coming back!
Would definitely recommend Patrick's point to anyone looking for some time with nature. The gem stones were beautiful and fairly priced. Kayaking was a blast. The hosts were very accommodating and treated my whole crew like family. Lots of trails to walk and hosts never hesitated if any of us needed anything. Site was primitive and right on the river. Id definitely go back for more experiences!
We are very pleased with our family camping trip to Patrick’s Point & Williamsburg! Everyone we met at Patrick’s point was helpful, kind, and made us feel like we were at home! The camp sites were very clean and well kept!
We can’t wait to come back next year!! We’ve decided to make this a yearly family camping trip to Patrick’s Point!!
