Welcome! I want to let you know- the day of your booking I will reach out and check in on your eta. Anyone coming for the first time, I always meet and greet you at the gate and escort you to your spot. I don't have a good map yet. I do ask that you try to come as close to check in time as possible (2pm). i understand that people work and may be a little later- that is ok just please communicate with me- if you tell me you will be here at 4:30 I am sitting and waiting for you- if you will be late I ask for communication so Im not sitting for several hours waiting on my campers. Please be courteous of my time.
Pitch your tent back by our hidden 16-acre lake, the smaller secluded lake or hike in to a spot away from everything. We have close to 216 acres. We run a small 50-acre farm on the front and have left the back for camping, fishing, hiking and hunting. You may swim in the lake, take a canoe ride around or simply sit back around the fire and enjoy the view. Please take a look at sites, as each are different and offer different experiences. If you are interested in holding a family reunion, work picnic camp or just want the lake to yourself-please contact me and we will work it out.
If you have any questions about the spots, please let me know. Also if spots are booked, contact me- we may be able to create a spot just for you and what you need. We have room to grow but are doing it slowly. fifth wheel campers and trailers can be accommodated (without hook ups) at certain spots, generators allowed just let us know.
Boats are first come first serve.
Site 1 "Dock spot"- good for any kind of vehicle and pop up campers- right at dock so you may see more traffic of people if you are not the only campers. This seems to be the preferred spot.
Site 2 "Hill spot"- Good for any kind of vehicle and pop up campers. Close to dock but away enough that kids and dogs wont bother site 1. Not much shade, up on a hill with the best view.
Site 3 "Lower dam spot"- Great spot away from everyone but still right on the lake. Almost any vehicle can make it back there. More secluded. Not suggested for pop up campers. We have had a vw van camper make it back there.
Site 4- My original site 4 is under construction- If you book site 4, I will give you a couple of option sites to choose from- based on vehicle, number of people etc.
Site 5 "Tree spot"- . Nice secluded spot in the woods, access to the big lake. Very cool spot in hot weather. One of the best spots- two fire pits, two areas by the water- great for larger groups or families.
Site 6 "Seclusion Spot"- this spot is away from the big lake but within walking distance. You have your own mini lake so you may not even want to walk to the big lake. 4 wheel drive/all wheel drive suggested- this is off road but will support pop up campers, tents, van campers. This site will hold several tents, cars etc. this site has 3 fire pits in the area-great for larger groups
Site7 "welcome view spot"- on top of a hill, perfect for pop up campers, trailers, tents whatever. I call it the welcome spot because it is the first spot seen when people are escorted back there. I will be waving at you every time I take the main road back. A really great view, not much shade right there.
Site 8 "Apple tree spot"- I created this spot for me- its my go to spot. Nice flat area, apple tree right in the center. It is right off the road so rain does not matter- it is close to the lake and outhouse. Great for trailers, pop up campers or tents.

It was quite beautiful and totally secluded..there was a teepee and a dragon and lots of boats. She even set us up a pop up bathroom. She was quick to respond and there were ZERO problems. We will stay here again. It’s a must do
Absolutely beautiful! Great communication as we were arriving late. Beautiful site (we stayed at site 6) nice and secluded. First time using a hip camp spot as there was no BLM land near where we had plans.
Gorgeous property - will return!!
Hidden Lake Farm was PERFECT. We had never stayed there before, but will absolutely come back! It was private, felt like our own land. Lori and her husband made us feel so welcome, and were attentive to everything! Seeing all the stars at night and waking up to the sun coming over the lake was just incredible.
Right from our campsite, I caught the biggest bass of my life, we caught fish for a fish fry, shot guns on their shooting range, enjoyed nature. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
Site 5 appreciation
The farm was pretty easy to find via Google maps.
When I got to the gate I was let in and greeted by the host's daughter. She was very friendly, explained amenities, answered all my questions an escorted me to my site. It was cool driving through the farm seeing all of the farm animals.
We arrived at site number 5. The site was very spacious and clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. There was a picnic table available for use although a bit unlevel.
There were a few flat spaces (maybe 2-3) to put tents but there's lots of trees it would be even better for hammock camping.
The weather was great and we spent most of the time playing on the lake (prefect temp for swimming-in Sept!) but there's also fishing and a community dock. Near the dock is a clean porta potty for use.
The other guests were very respectful as well. There was some guns shooting, but only during daylight hours and was not a nuisance.
We saw lots of critters including frogs and bugs but I left without one mosquito bite the whole weekend!
I appreciate that we felt safe because the whole property is fenced in.
Highly recommend this property and hopefully can make it back.
