There is a golf course with a club house next door, a state park with hiking and trout fishing is also next to the property. The sunsets are beautiful and the location is quiet. Watch for deer, turkey, eagles and wild life, listen for owls, coyotes, morning doves and the wind in the trees and grass.

This property was absolutely beautiful and owned by 2 of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. They are extremely generous with their hospitality. The property is right next to Backbone State Park. It’s a gorgeous state park and has lots of hiking trails and trout fishing. Loved our stay and hope to be able to come back for a longer trip next time.

James was a pleasant and very supportive host, frequently making sure we had what we needed. He and his wife were friendly and happy to talk and give recommendations for the area. The camping area has the feel of a small campground, with basic amenities, like restroom, playground, and campfire.
