Description

For a beautiful retreat at nearly 8,000 feet in high alpine country, consider Big Trinity Lake Campground. You’ll have access to four subalpine lakes, the four mile Rainbow Basin Trail System, and just be a short drive from the summit of Trinity Mountain, which at 9,700 feet, checks in as the highest drivable point in the entire state. We think you’ll agree this camp lives up to the state motto of “Esto perpetua” (Let it be perpetual). With a little bit of TLC from you, it can remain that way.
