If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
This place was heaven. Had the whole camp to ourselves with a bunch of our friends and it was a dream! Lynne is so welcoming and warm and the place was so sweet. After a summer of tent camping (which I also love), this was just so easy - covered places to sleep and a fully stocked kitchen took all the work out of it and made it possible for us to take a spontaneous getaway with good friends. And there are cats!! Can't wait to go back.
The woods here know what you need!
Grounding, inspiring, the kind of "quiet" you miss when living in the city, the simple trails you can walk in an almost meditative state and not get lost doing so, the most magnificent outdoor kitchen with absolutely positive energy, and a couple new additions we had the pleasure of experiencing this year i cant wait to re-visit. Oh and did i mention the host that smiles with her whole soul and the labyrinth that will dismantle you in the best way possible? Wooooooweeeeeeee. Much Love, AWPW. Until next time, Raven's Nest.
Lynn and her space was BEYOND our expectations. She is one of the most beautiful human's we have come across and immediately made us feel at home. The kids had a blast! She has a craft table setup, for kids and there were other kids staying at the property while we were there and they all were able to adventure, play tag, and explore. There is something for everyone at A Wee Place in The Woods. Our beds were comfortable, and so much peace waking up to the squirrels and sunshine through the trees. We will def. be sending friends to visit Lynn and this space. XOXO
Magical birthday celebration
You should really stay here. Great for kids of all ages. Even the older ones. Comfortable. Lynn is a fantastic host and is most welcoming. The Ravens nest is cozy and beautiful. The deck extending over the forest below is fantastic! We will visit again soon.
We rented out the whole camp for our wedding and AWPW is one of the most magical places I've been. Lynn is one of the kindest and sweetest hosts I've had the pleasure of meeting, she goes above and beyond and she's become like family now. If you want to feel your soul lighten and find a home away from home, I cannot recommend this place enough.
