My first Hipcamp nite and Paul took great care of me. A beautiful site among ancient Oaks. Perfect for solitude-or a celebration that won’t bug the neighbors! Many thanks!

Paul was an excellent host, extremely hospitable, and even unexpectedly had a fire waiting upon arrival. His property is beautiful and we were able to enjoy the pond on his paddle boat, right next to the campsite. The pond made for a night full of sounds which I personally liked (bullfrogs, crickets etc). This was a perfect stop on our travels and we’d definitely come back!

I ended up not staying.
Paul was friendly but the site was not what we needed.
In mid-March great deal of mosquitos a huge roaches abounded.
Paul offered insect repellent.
He also offered a refund since we left within an hour of getting to the site. I hope to see the refund soon.

I had a fire waiting for Ms Ivelisse and her 2 young daughter, but they were so late that it had burned out. Tried to make it cozy, but they'd never been in the Country setting like mine I'm thinking. They were passing thru on a trip and were looking for a rest stop and my farm was just a Lil bit to far from the city lites, and the moon wasn't out that nite. It Does get dark on a moonless nite. Come on up, I'll leave a campfire or lite on for you.

Peaceful, remote camping with the luxury of a bathroom and shower. We sat around the fire and we're able to listen to the Spirit of Suwanee concert from our campsite. The hosts we're very friendly and helpful.. They even had our fire built and a trench dug for our tent prior to our arrival.

Mr. Paul was so accommodating before we even arrived! He called to let us know all the fun things to do, and checked in with us on the weather. As soon as we got to the property, which was really easy to find, another camper Mrs. Donna helped us out and showed us around. They had ample firewood available and piled for us, since we would be staying during the coldest days of the year. Mr. Paul came in a few times and chatted with us, he is so warm and welcoming!
The property is amazing with so many trails to explore. And such beautiful hidden little gems within the property. And lots of ponds, with lots of fish! We caught a big Small Mouth Bass an hour into being there. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time.
The little cabin with the shower and toilet were clean and cozy. There water spigots throughout, you can get clean fresh water from.
We will be returning here for sure!!!

Paul was very welcoming and accommodating. He is very responsive, we requested staying on the farm on Thanksgiving with only 6 hours notice! Paul provided recommendations on activities to do in the area and encouraged us to explore the 150+ acres on the farm. For those looking to stay in place, there is plenty to do at the farm such as fishing, using the 2-seat paddle boat, hiking the farm, and enjoying the peace and quiet with nature. We picked his place for the use of the bathroom, and fire ring. We were surprised with all the additional things provided, such as the metal table, grill, and bug spray that we did not use.
Paul's friend Donna was very accommodating. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. Each morning, she provided history and details of places to visit.
Kitten was very friendly once he knows you like cats, otherwise he stays away. He patrols the area while you sleep.

The Suwannee Lights at the Music Festival park grounds at night are very impressive Christmas light experience for a night time activity.

Paul gave us a warm welcome (literally) and had a fire going for us when we arrived. He was very attentive and helpful. The campsite had two large and gorgeous oak trees with a awesome big lily pad pond.

Springhill Farm was a fantastic place for basic camping under the stars in a quiet, restful location on a tree farm. Paul is the classic example of southern hospitality - and then some! We had firewood right there at our site ready to go, a paddle boat ride under the full moon on one of his ponds, and trails to explore. The Suwanee River area, parks, and Stephen Foster historical sites are very close, and amenities of every sort (shopping, antique stores, laundromat) are available nearby.

The lake beyond our tent - frogs singing their little hearts out!
