This 5 acre property borders the Pithlachascotee ‘Cotee’ River. Lush riverine forest covers half of the property, and a large grassy parking area provides a level campsite. We are centrally located in the newly cool New Port Richey area, yet surrounded by natural Florida.

Since we were the 1st campers at Cotee river bend, Laura is still working on the amenities she plans. 30-amp service and potable water right at the sites and the flush toilets are great. This is a piece of Old Florida that she is working to preserve with a huge pavilion overlooking a peaceful little stream that should be delightful to explore by canoe or kayak; there is a old fashioned swimming hole close by! The only drawbacks are poison ivy in the woods and it is next to a road that is heavily travel during the day but quiets down by dark.
