If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Linda was very kind and helpful. She communicates well and expects the same in return. I failed to communicate properly by telling her when we were a few miles away. Misunderstanding on my part. I gave her a time frame an hour before arriving instead. She greeted us and showed us where to set up. She gave us a few safety rules to follow with kids...I do appreciate knowing right up front the hosts' rules with kids. She shared a few kid friendly places to visit and then let us get set up. She was always available for concerns or questions either in person or via text. We had 15 Amp power...could charge stuff and use one appliance at a time but no AC. We did leave a few days early with zero issues. We just wanted to get to a campground where some of our friends were before they moved on. We would absolutely stay at Linda's again if need be and recommend her to others. We actually ran into another family we met at her place in the campground we went to. So yay for Linda for bringing community together.
We enjoyed our stay at Boondocking Backyard. Linda was very friendly and helpful. Directions were very clear and she was a huge help getting pulled in and parked. We would definitely stay here again!
Our Host Linda was especially helpful with our site setup and departure. Great location for exploring Southern Gulf Coast, most sites have electric & water. There is a large nightly campfire for anyone that wants to mingle.
We look forward to staying on Linda’s property again.
This was a great place to stay and the location served as a great base for some kayaking in the area. Linda was an exceptional host, making sure we got set up OK, checking on how things were going, and even taking the time as we were leaving to give us a tip on how to make our towing experience smother in the future.
Kind hostess but not as advertised
Linda was very kind and attentive, however the pictures and descriptions were not what we found upon check in. The site that we chose and paid for was not what we we given. It was very over crowded, to the point that we were told our camper was going to be trapped in by another being parked in front of ours, nor would we be able to park by our camper. We chose not to stay, as we did not feel comfortable. Linda gave us a partial refund, for three of the four nights.
