This property is the original Jerome Nelson estate of Nelsonville. Originally the mill was part of the property with a pond shins the barn. In 1956 the Stratton family converted the house into a rest home. Between 1977 and 2017 the home was rumored to be a drug den, flop house and even bordello. In 2017 Zay and I purchased the property with the hopes of utilizing the six room residence hall into an artist residence facility. We also offer room rentals.

This is a 10 acre plot shared between us and our friends. There is one campsite, but we may be camping on the other side of the property at any given time. The property has a deeded access to a lake. Someone will greet you to show you around.
