RIVERCAMP 6
Great Wall Of Bindoon.
We had a wonderful couple of days with the grandchildren. We arrived late on Easter Sunday afternoon and all of the sites were full. However, the other campers were respectful and quiet, we never heard a sound. Camp 6 is uneven but we were prepared for that. Because of the time of year that we visited, the river was more of a babbling brook, but it was delightful, we loved it.
Our grandson is not fond of dogs, so the owners large but friendly dog’s that wandered over a couple of times, were a bit intimidating for him. But if you love dogs it would not be a problem.
Really enjoyed the walks up to the top of the hill and discovering the Great Stone Wall of Bindoon.
My Granddaughter loved the horses in paddock and has asked me to find out their names and what bread they are.
The stars at night were “out of this world”!

RIVERCAMP 5
Easter Break
We arrived on Good Friday, to find campsite 4 had encroached into campsite 5 which is what we had booked leaving us with the more uneven areas to try and set up!
Camp site 4, despite the description could accommodate 3-4 caravans they had 6 and probably should have booked 2 areas. But with no owner present we lucked out with premium pick of our spot!
Over all the place was ok, I think the grounds can be slightly more improved with levelness and maybe a little more space between campers.
There is no privacy as people are constantly driving in and out or walking past as you are set up right on the road way.
Definitely needs more owner presence on arrival day!

Peace and Quiet
Lovely and peaceful, very quiet as sites are well spaced apart. Perhaps some signs at the dam to point left to the camping grounds as we almost went straight up the hill. :-) Also perhaps some arrows to mark the walking paths as it was a bit confusing when seeing other paths on the hill within the camping area. Thank you for a wonderful 2 days at site # 4

Really good signage and instructions to find the farm and each site. Extremely peaceful location and we were not disturbed by any neighbours or the owners.

Very relaxing and peaceful stay again
Large well spaced sites with a running stream ideal for cooling off on a hot day.
We were on site 3 which is quite flat with our 18 foot caravan with plenty of room to spare ,
and would absolutely recommend staying at Romany.
