Sea Lake is a small town with a big heart, known for its fantastic Silo-Art Trail and magnificent Lake Tyrrell, Victoria's largest salt lake. It's an exceptional area for stargazing and photography. We offer a basic small suburban block on a corner of two roads for self-contained travellers, an ideal place to stop over for a day or a few, and use as a base for day-tripping to the sights around the district. The block is empty and does not have trees or plants. Tyrrell Lake is just five minutes drive down the road. A grocery shop is just a stone's throw away, and there is also a public swimming pool five minutes walk away. It can get hot here! We have a tap with drinking water available. No shower/toilet/cooking/rubbish facilities however so you must be self-contained and take all waste with you. Firepit provided (BYO wood) when total fire-ban is NOT in effect. Pets are welcome. Located off the Calder Highway, around 350 kilometres north-west of Melbourne, and 70 kilometres west of Swan Hill.Sea Lake is a small town with a big heart, known for its fantastic Silo-Art Trail and magnificent Lake Tyrrell, Victoria's largest salt lake. It's an exceptional area for stargazing and photography.  We offer a basic small suburban block on a corner of two roads for self-contained travellers, an ideal place to stop over for a day or a few, and use as a base for day-tripping to the sights around the district.
