Welcome to The Sunset Way, we look forward to your visit. Our property is The Sunset Way because we have the most beautiful sunsets on the lake with our west facing shoreline. The nightly rate includes a 12'x20' Amish built cabin that is fully insulated with sliding glass doors, windows with screens, solar lights, 2 "full" size air mattresses, and an 8' folding table with 6 chairs. Outside you will a covered area with 8' picnic table, 4 regular and 2 rocking Adirondack Chairs, fire place, charcoal BBQ with utensils and 2 bundles of firewood per rented evening. Also at the woodshed is provided kindling and tiki torches filled with liquid. We do not provide additional liquid. Additional firewood can be purchased on site for $5 per bundle. Their is a platform available if you wish to bring your own tent. Explore the lake with our 8 kayaks, including 2 children kayaks. Six adult and 2 youth life jackets are provided along with kayak paddles. The water is about 3' deep at the dock and 7' deep at the raft. We have the best location and views on the lake because we can see over 90% of the lakes shoreline due to our vantage point. We have a nesting pair of loons that you will hear all day, as well as the peepers at night. You can sit on the dock and enjoy the breeze while surveying 99% of the lake. Bring your own boat, pop up camper or ATV's as all dirt roads in Concord are legal to drive on with registered and licensed vehicles and operators.Guests will have the whole 10 acres to themselves. At the lake we own 368 feet of frontage and have a great area already cleared with an L shaped dock, private raft and easy stairs into the water. The campsite is rural, at an elevation of 1,400 feet and is cooler during the summer than in the valleys. Yet, the campsite is only 15-20 minutes away from excellent dining and shopping in Littleton, NH and St. Johnsbury, VT. The Mooselook Diner is only 8 minutes away in Concord and has great lunch and dinner menu's. Gas is about 10 minutes at at the Dam Pit Stop in Littleton, NH. We are also only 30 minutes to White Mountains National Forest hiking in Franconia Notch.

Cabin Camping at the Lake
Amazing camping experience!
Michael‘s campsite is absolutely beautiful and he has so many supplies ready for his guests to use! The tent is provided with two comfortable air mattresses. There is also a fire pit and a grill, as well as s’mores sticks, an axe to chop firewood, tiki torches,, dish soap, etc. There is a beautiful pier and a floating dock, as well as many kayaks and lifejackets. We had such a wonderful time and we will definitely be back.

Cabin Camping at the Lake
Wonderful lakeside camping. Great for gravel bike rides, open water swims and kayaking. Loons would occasionally swim by the site. Very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Camping Spot
The campsite was absolutely beautiful, so private, and had everything we needed (tent, grill, fire pit, kayaks, even bug spray!) Michael was really helpful. We had a wonderful, peaceful weekend and we definitely hope to go back again next year. Highly recommend!
