Stockton was born of the first mining boom in the Utah Territory. The mining industry began in the early 1860s to keep an eye on the overland mail routes during the Civil War. This property snuggled in the middle of a small town feel and the big open space. With BLM land surrounding two sides there are ATV, horse trails and lakes within walking distance. 15 minutes from Tooele, 25 minutes to Grantsville, 40 minutes to Wendover, 50 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, 10 minutes to Five Mile Pass, 25minutes to The Great Salt Lake and 30 minutes to the ICONIC Bonneville Salt Flats. Your options are endless. We are able to accommodate over night horse boarding if needed for an additional charge.
