There’s some wildlife. Mostly small animals like rabbits, prairie dogs, turtles, lizards, field mice and kangaroo mice. Bigger animals such as deer antelope and the occasional cow are out here. Dangerous animals are rattlesnakes, coyotes and cougars. Be prepared.

Nearest city is about 40 miles East called Dell City. You can get water there every Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 8am. Power and sewage you’ll have to take care of yourself.
