Southern Nectar Farm was a small working farm dating back to the early 1900s. It is believed that around 1920 the owners of the farm purchased and relocated a log school building which they reconstructed and repurposed as their home. It still stands today and is currently under renovation. Neglected for many years the farm and its improvements are getting some needed attention.

Come Pitch your tent in our primitive camp nestled in a natural wooded area filled with Cedar and other native Tennessee trees. A clearing provides a great pastoral view of cattle and deer with beautiful hills in the background. Feel free to enjoy a campfire in the fire ring and some hiking around the recently cut trails. Also be sure to enjoy the 22 mile view from the top of the hill.
The log cabin at the entrance to the property is under renovation. Originally constructed around 1800 it is believed to be the original Greenvale school. It was relocated to our farm around 1920 and repurposed as a home. When you arrive at Southern Nectar Farm please park near the cabin and walk through the gate directly behind the cabin to your campsite.
Historic Downtown Murfreesboro and the Stones River (Civil War) National Battlefield are about 20 minutes south. Lebanon is about 20 minutes north. The Nashville Superspeedway is 20 minutes west. Downtown Nashville is 50 minutes west.
