Love Station adjoins my farmhouse built in 1925. There is an old cure house, black walnut trees, a chestnut tree and bamboo. Mountain views all around and lots of green grass. Site 4.5 is a crushed rock pull-through and has a 8x20 ft deck outside your doorstep. A berm provides privacy and grows wild with morning glories and pokeweed. The 6 other sites in this small park are for long term guests. There is city water, 50/30/20A power, septic hook-up, wifi and trash pick-up. The gorgeous Nolichucky River is 1 mile away. Home to whitewater rafting, kayaking, fishing, tubing and and swimming. Moments from the wild Nolichucky River, known and loved for class 4 river rafting, kayaking, swimming and fishing. Grocery stores and a liquor store are a couple of miles away. You can be in Johnson City in 20 minutes, Asheville in 45 minutes.Site 4.5 is at the back of 2 acres and has mountain views all around. Full hook-ups, an 8x20 deck and a berm to afford privacy. Bluebirds, Canadian geese honking by, a heron flying up the Nolichucky River valley.

Victoria was great. She stayed in contact with us and was super welcoming. If you need anything ... she is willing to help. The sites offer all you want to a big RV. Gravel pad, water, electric and sewer. The area has so much to offer but the river and mountain hikes are a must. The local diners are fun with the small town Main Street charm. I look forward to visiting the area again.
