Several campsites and 1 BoonDocker RV space are located on a 30-acre farm with several hiking trails and stunning views from atop the ridge. Enjoy the sounds of an amazing man-made waterfall that flows into a 1-acre pond. Hike the Tranquility Trail and enjoy the native plants of Tennessee. You might even catch glimpses of the different variety of mushrooms during the late Summer and early Fall seasons. We are conveniently located 15 minutes from Oak Ridge and Clinton shopping or 30 minutes from Downtown Knoxville. Enjoy the safe comforts of camping life in the wilderness while still traveling distance from shopping.

The Pond Overlook
Feels like home.
Great place, great people, tons of potential, very peaceful, John is awesome, the dogs are all lovable. Made me feel like I was back home. Stayed at pond overlook, nice camp set up, huge fire pit with plenty of wood, extremely clean portapotty a hundred yards or so, with parking right across the road from the site. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, etc, but feels like it’s out in the middle of nowhere.

Tranquility Trail Campsite
Great HipCamp spot. The site was great and it was super cool to talk to Brenda about her chickens, gardens, goats etc.

The Pond Overlook
Recommend!
Unfortunately it was just a quick trip for me as I arrived around 930 pm and gone by 630 am. But, the welcoming and hospitality is great! Checked in and was given a quick run down and shown where my site was. Looks like a fun little getaway. Will be bringing the kids and staying longer next time!
