Our property is behind a one street neighborhood that is off of another 2 street neighborhood. Far away from the city yet close enough to not have to drive forever to go to the store, we found this property while looking for hunting land. With only the barn and it's 1 bedroom apartment built, we decided that this land and it's barn wasn't a hunting camp but our new home! We moved our family of 4 into the one bedroom apartment and took 6 years to build our home, the main house on the property. Since, we've added a tiny house, a pole barn with a permanent RV under it, 2 RV sites off of the barn and cleared an area perfect to pitch a tent and enjoy the fire pit, all within a 5 to 15 minute drive to stores and entertainment. Bring your fishing pole! (We're catch and release only though!) RV sites are pull through and are located beside the barn with electrical and water hookups! Access

Power outlet very different to access because of cables on the ground and plywood on a table in front of the outlet. Would take less than an hour to connect.

Great host! I was greeted when I arrived and then felt like I had the place all to myself. Was very pleased to see they had a sewer line to dump my tanks in. Very accomadating and private.

Best rescue dogs we've met.

Wade shared his land and his wonderful cats and dogs with my family. It was a great experience and more than I really expected and makes me look forward to other great people willing to share the same as Wade. Anything I needed was provided and then some. I hope I have more reasons in the future to travel back to South Carolina and stay at this wonderful place.
