Learn more about this land: Located on the Waccamaw River our property offers excellent views of the river and easy access for kayaking and paddle boarding. We are 25 min from Myrtle Beach and 4 miles from lovely shops and restaurants in scenic downtown Conway. We have recently had some homes built near our property but the river views are untouched and the tranquility of our 3 acres remains intact.Located on the Waccamaw River our property offers excellent views of the river with easy river access for campers who bring their own kayak or paddle board. We are 25 minutes from all of the fun and excitement of Myrtle Beach and 4 miles from lovely shops and restaurants in scenic downtown Conway.

Our stay at Melinda’s was great! Nice area, beautiful home with a little river in the back. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet place not far from the beach!
My partner and I had a wonderful stay on Melinda’s property! It’s very quiet and there’s a beautiful little picnic table setup surrounded by flowers and a fire pit! On our last night there was a pretty bad storm coming through and Melinda was kind enough to offer us safety in the portion of their house that they rent on Airbnb! Overall a very nice stay not far from the beaches and cute shops in Conway.
