This is a great area for biking, trail hiking, and boating with close proximity to Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Litchfield Beach, Pawleys Island, and various wildlife reserves. This spot has a 12 x 30 concrete pad for a camper or RV as well as all of the hook ups, including sewer, water, and 30 amp. power.

Additions to come very soon: outdoor shower, available compost toilet available for rent while here, fresh herbs, vegetables, fresh local eggs, firewood, and covered gathering/ cooking area, and much more, I’m really excited. Open to idea’s and options. No fireworks/ gunfire allowed at anytime, no “parties”, but campfires, games, fun always welcome. I’d enjoy meeting guests apon arrival, I do have medical conditions that may prohibit it at times though.
