Site 1 - The Grassy Knoll
We will come back to this place!
From the moment we arrived, Dargan and Ronnie welcomed us with genuine warmth, making us feel instantly at ease. Their hospitality was as sweet as the serene pond where we enjoyed fishing and were able to relax. We were thrilled to catch a variety of fish, including bream, adding an extra layer of excitement to our stay. Despite another site nearby, the atmosphere felt relatively secluded, allowing us to immerse ourselves in nature. The short drive to Congaree National Park was convenient, and the campfire, firewood, hose, and compost toilet provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’re already looking forward to returning to this wonderful retreat!

Camping at the Pond!
We loved camping at Pipers Pond! The site was extremely well kept, the pond was gorgeous, the hosts were more than accommodating and very kind. The best part was definitely their dogs, Pearl and Piper, absolutely sweet as can be! We would 100% come back again and were sad to leave!

Site 1 - The Grassy Knoll
Tranquil stay near Congaree NP
Peaceful, tranquil stay at Piper’s Pond. Beautiful night sky. Ducks, geese and a majestic hawk. Two friendly dogs (that you could choose to opt out of.) A very short drive to a friendly country diner if you get tired of cooking for yourself. Dargan was a friendly host.

Pondside camping with furry friends
This was a great site only a short drive from Conagree National Park. Dargan and Ronnie were very accommodating and pleasant people 😊 The site had everything you need and a surplus of firewood for some nice smores by the pond. The dogs were super friendly and loved to play. Would 100% stay here again, loved it!

Site 2 - Under the Trees
We had a blast at Dargan’s pond! There was a lot of wildlife, some very sweet dogs and all the amenities you need for a good night under the stars. We used the jon boat in the morning and caught several bass and bream. Dargan’s place is definitely worth checking out!
