This is a property for people who love camping in the bush surrounded by peace and sounds of nature. For this reason we no longer take large groups and have implemented a 9:30pm quiet time.
After our persistent rain this year , all of our property is 4WD only.
We affectionately call our property "The Rustic Resort". This is a tribute to the rusty water tanks and dilapidated animal shelters that were left behind when we moved in. Our farm was part of a thriving rural property in the 1920's.
Most of our sites are nestled in between the trees and whilst you will be aware there is other campers, there is plenty of space between sites to feel at one with nature.
All of our sites have a fire pit and are within walking distance from a toilet. The Secret Hideaway however has a fairly long walk

We operate under the principle of "Leave no traceor leave it better".
We would also appreciate if you read the property rules before you arrive.
Our property is dog-friendly to responsible dog owners, has a large farm dam that never runs dry, (sorry no fishing) it is wonderful for a refreshing swim, there is a ladder to make it easy to get into the dam and there are floating noodles for your use.
We are centrally located to explore the Glass house mountains, Stoney creek, Rocky holes, Bribie island, Woodford, Mt Mee and much much more.
We are 10 minutes from Woodford and the wonderful Woodford Folk Festival.
Wamuran has a local country market every 4th Saturday per month from 7am to midday.
There now is a pizza van in town every second weekend, look up deadwood pizza Wamuran.
Wamuran is less than an hour north from the city yet you will feel like you are far away.
