Whether you want to birdwatch, kayak, fish (catch and release only), hike or ride one of the many trails or sit, relax and read your favourite book, we promise a warm welcome; from the wildlife and the proprietors Miranda, Brendon and Esa the dog.
Dam Crazy is also pet friendly, dogs must be cleaned up after and may be walked off leash on the walking trails (please be mindful of other campers, farm animals and wildlife), they may also swim in the dam but must be contained or kept on leash in the campsite areas.
The dam is very deep and could have snags washed down in floods, so we suggest children wear life jackets, and MUST be supervised by adults at all times around the water.
Numbers are limited to ensure you have plenty of space and privacy!
No charge for children under 5 years no need to book
Campers must take all waste with them.
Very good cellphone reception
***DUE TO RECENT STORM WE ARE NEEDING TO DO MAINTENANCE ON THE PONTOON AND ACCESS MAY BE LIMITED***
